Jefferson Parish Academic Games League

Established:	Jefferson Parish teams competed in the New Orleans Academic Games League for many years, until the growth of participation became the impetus to form a separate league in 1975.

Format:	Format: Extracurricular; practices after school at each individual school Tournaments-- one day for each game, during school Teacher training--M/Jr./Sr. --two teacher training days per year, during school Elem--after school
