    • On the state and national levels, this team was undefeated in On-Sets, Wff ëN Proof, Mathematics, and Sweepstakes.

    In 1983, they won what was certainly the largest, and arguably the most talented Senior Divisions ever, and they had to pull out all the stops to do it. The tournament culminated when they sat down for the Equations final with Brother Martin and the first great Renaissance team, lead by Steve Wright. All three teams had a chance to win Sweepstakes depending on the outcome of Equations, and the Pi-Rats pulled it out, becoming the first team to win all four cube games at the same national tournament.
