From a small suburb of Detroit, this is the only team on our list to use
the same five players for five years. This is the only team ever to win
five consecutive Sweepstakes championships. In their five years together,
they won Equations four times, On-Sets once, Math four times, and Wff ‘N
Proof five times. The real tribute to their overall excellence may have
come in 1985, when they won sweepstakes with their best score, by finishing
second in each of the four games they counted. |
