Chris Trapani
Metarie, LA
"Chris Trapani is the greatest Presidents player Louisiana has ever produced
and surely one of the best in the nation. He began winning Presidents championships
in the third grade! However, he was an all-round player in the Jefferson
Parish League and then in the New Orleans League after switching first
to Country Day School, which had no AG program, and then to Ben Frank-
lin High School. He had to discontinue academic games in his sophomore
year because each afternoon he went to the New Orleans Center for the Creative
Arts, which counts Wynton and Branford Marsalis and Harry Connick, Jr.,
among its illustrious graduates. He is now studying music composition at
Harvard."
